【摘要】 要提高西藏地区医疗质量水平,须结合实际情况,探索一条适用性强、可操作性强的医院管理程序。西藏昌都地区人民医院在落实"患者安全目标"过程中,采取人性化与理性化相结合的管理理念,通过健全质控机构,制定质控标准;完善医院常见病诊疗规范与技术操作规范;提高危机意识,改变固有观念;加强医院感染管理;尊重民俗风情,加强沟通交流;引入社会监督机制,逐步落实"患者安全目标"等一系列措施,提高了医疗质量水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve the Tibetan healthy quality and achieve a feasible hospital control strategy,the local culture must be considered.In process of ensuring patients safety in people’s hospital of Tibetan Changdu district,with integrating the humanity and sense,great benefits was obtained in fulfilling the quality control department building;setting up the standards of common diseases treatment and technique;increasing the consciousness of crisis;reinforcing the hospital onset of infection management;appealing hands sanitation;encouraging the Tibetan language studying and communication;introducing the social supervision system;and ensuring patients’ safety.更多还原
