集中式乡镇卫生院管理信息系统应用研究

【摘要】 集中式乡镇卫生院管理信息系统是为了解决乡镇卫生院管理信息系统中数据"孤岛"、共享困难、隐患太多、人才缺乏等严重问题而设计的管理信息系统。它是以县为基本单位进行部署,每个县建立一个数据中心,既能满足乡镇卫生院医疗和公共卫生服务管理,又能满足县级卫生管理部门实时监管,县内所有乡镇卫生院共享应用软件和核心硬件设备;B/S方式工作,投入小、效率高、易维护;是一个县域集中HMS,也是基于健康档案的区域卫生信息平台的基本数据源。更多还原

【Abstract】 The centralized healthcare information management system for rural medical facility is designed to solve the problems such as data "island" isolation,information sharing,lack of robustness,and talent shortage,which currently existing in the healthcare management system(HMS) in China’s western region. The proposed system is deployed on the county base,with each county building a data center to meet the needs of medical and public service management at rural medical facility level,and the needs of instant monitoring function at county administration level.Under such a system,all the rural medical facilities share same set of application software and core hardware equipment,and work under a B/S architecture,with the advantages of low investment,high efficiency,and easy maintenance.This system is considered as a centralized HMS in a county domain,and also a raw data source for the regional healthcare information network based on the Electronic Health Record standard.更多还原
