超大型冷却塔风压分布的空气动力学计算
Aerodynamic computation of wind pressure distribution on super-large cooling tower
【摘要】 采用有限体积法,对不同壁面当量粗糙度的超大型冷却塔进行了空气动力学计算.通过CFD计算结果与规范值的比较,验证了数值计算的合理性.同时,给出了冷却塔的绕流特征、风压分布特点、气流分离点情况、壁面粗糙度对风压的影响等系列研究结论,并指出了规范单一风压分布曲线的不足.本研究工作可为冷却塔风工程研究和冷却塔设计提供参考.
【Abstract】 The finite volume method(FVM) is adopted to analyze aerodynamics of different relative roughness surface of super large cooling tower.It is proved that the calculation results are reasonable by comparing the analytical results and the code value;and also it describes flow round characteristic,wind pressure distribution characteristic and separation point of airflow on cooling tower,and the effect of different relative surface roughnesses on wind pressure,etc.Furthermore,it points out the shortcomings of single wind pressure distribution curve in the code.The results will provide reference for the study of wind engineering and the design of cooling tower.
