【摘要】 目的:探讨改良侧入式腹膜外剖宫产的临床应用价值。方法:选取改良侧入式腹膜外剖宫产148例作为观察组,同时选取子宫下段剖宫产112例作为对照组,将两组手术时间、胎儿取出时间、出血量、术后疼痛情况、术后感染、术后病率及切口愈合情况等作对比性分析。结果:两组手术时间、胎儿取出时间和出血量无显著差异(P>0.05);而腹膜外剖宫产的术后疾病发生率低、疼痛轻,术后感染性并发症明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:改良侧入式腹膜外剖宫产操作方法简便安全,术后并发症少,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of modified lateral cesarean section by peritoneal exclusion.Methods:We selected 148 women undergone modified lateral extraperitoneal caesarean section as the observational subjects(observation group)and 112 of lower uterine cesarean section as the controls.The two groups were compared concerning operation duration,the time of fetus extraction,the blood loss,tolerance of postoperative pain,incidence rate of postoperative infection and complicating diseases,and wound healing.Results:No obvious differences were seen in the two groups regarding the operation duration,the time of fetus extraction and blood loss(P>0.05),while lower incidence of complicating diseases,less postoperative pain and postoperative infection were found in the women undergone extraperitoneal cesarean section(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified lateral extraperitoneal caesarean section deserves to be widespread procedure with its easy performance and safety and fewer complications.更多还原
