【摘要】 本文围绕欧盟及其成员国有关城市垃圾处理的政策措施,简要介绍了欧盟循环产业的政策体系及其特点,系统梳理了我国再生资源产业现状及其政策体系,对比分析了我国与欧盟在循环产业以及再生资源产业政策的理论基础、实施路径方面的异同,进而立足我国发展循环经济的实践情况,深入探讨了欧盟循环产业政策体系对完善我国再生资源产业的启示与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the policy framework and its characteristics for recycling industry in the EU around the issue on the city’s waste management in the EU and its member states.The paper reviews the development and related policies and legislation for renewable resource industry in China,then it compares and analyses the similarities and differences in theoretical foundation and practice mode in the policy of recycling industry and renewable resource industry between EU and China.At the end of the article,it discusses the inspiration and reference value of the policy framework for recycling industry in the EU for the improvement of renewable resource industry in China.更多还原
