【摘要】 概述国内外学科评价,分析当前科技查新服务重点学科评价的现状和存在的问题。结合学科建设管理与查新实践,详细论述查新在重点学科遴选、学科方向制定、学科带头人学术水平鉴定、学科项目选题、引进人才筛选、中后期建设评估等方面的评价内容、方法及流程,并以水产学科的学位点申报为例介绍查新评价学科方向的具体方法。对查新和学科建设人员均有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper summarizes the discipline evaluation at home and abroad and analyzes the current situation and problems of the novelty search in evaluating the key discipline.Based on the experiences of discipline construction and novelty search,the paper discusses in detail the contents,methods and processes of novelty search in evaluating key discipline used for selection of key disciplines,establishment of research directions,identification of the academic level of discipline heads,selection of the discipline projects,selection of the talented scholars to be introduced and assessment of the construction achievements of key disciplines.Moreover,the paper takes as an example the discipline of aquatic science applying for postgraduate degree granting to explain the methods of novelty search in evaluating key discipline.And the evaluation methods involved in the paper may be of referential value to the personnel in sci-tech novelty search and discipline construction.更多还原
