固相微萃取/气相色谱-质谱法对乌梅浸膏挥发性成分的分析研究
Analysis of Volatile Constituents from FructusMume by Headspace Solid-phase Micro-extraction Coupled to Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 对乌梅浸膏挥发性物质的固相微萃取条件进行了研究。运用正交实验设计,比较了不同萃取头、平衡温度及采样时间对分析结果的影响,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)的分析监控,结合信息量最大原则,确定了固相微萃取的最佳条件:萃取纤维头为聚二甲基硅氧烷,平衡温度为70℃,采样时间45 min。通过GC-MS进行定性定量分析,共鉴定出38种成分,主要挥发性成分依次为糠醛(24.88%)、2-甲基-3-羟基苯甲醛(13.57%)和5-甲基糠醛(10.16%)。
【Abstract】 Optimal conditions for the extraction of volatile constituents from FructusMume concrete using solid-phase micro-extraction method(SPME) were studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The effect of different SPME fibers,equilibrium temperature and sampling time on analysis result were investigated by using orthogonal experimental design.Based on the analyse of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) combining with the principle of the greatest amount of information content,a good extracting efficiency was obtained by polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) fiber with sampling time of 45 min and equilibrium temperature of 70 ℃.The 38 volatile flavor components of FructusMume were separated and identified,and the main volatile components were furfural(24.88%),3-hydroxy-2-methylbenzaldehyde(13.57%) and 5-methylfurfural(10.16%),respectively.
