【摘要】 "RIA"是近几年迅速发展起来的Windows桌面和WEB设计理念。目前具有代表性的主流"RIA"设计工具是Adobe公司的Flex和微软公司的WPF及Silverlight,微软公司2009年9月发布的中文版WPF 3、Silverlight 3和他们的开发工具Expression Blend 3,对Flex构成了强力的挑战。

【Abstract】 "RIA" is the design idea of Windows desktop and WEB which grow rapidly in recent years.The current most representative mainstream of "RIA"design tool is Adobe’s Flex and Microsoft’s WPF and Silverlight.WPF3 in Chinese version,Silverlight3 and their development tool Expression Blend3,all of which are released in Sep,2009,challenge Flex powerfully.
