【摘要】 [目的]观察中西医结合辨证治疗心肌炎临床疗效。[方法]选择60例符合心肌炎诊断标准的为治疗组,采用中医辨证论治治疗;40例为对照组,用西药常规对症治疗,疗程前后检查心电图、心功能等,对疗效进行比较。[结果]治疗组有效率97%,对照组有效率75%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]中医辨证治疗心肌炎疗效确切,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional and western medicine to treat myocarditis.[Methods] Select 60 cases of myocarditis diagnostic criteria as the treatment group,use the treatment of traditional medicine;select 40cases as the control group,use the treatment of conventional western medicine,recheck electrokardiogram and cardiac function before and after treatment,compare the efficacy. [Results] The efficiency of the treatment group is 97%,the efficiency of the control group is 75%,the difference between the two groups is significant(P <0.01).[Conclusion] The treatment of traditional medicine to myocarditis is effective,is worthy of promotion.更多还原
