【摘要】 [目的]观察益气通络饮(自拟方)治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。[方法]将80例诊断为椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的患者随机分为两组:治疗组40例采用自拟益气通络饮(黄芪、党参、炙升麻、葛根、红花、毛冬青、田七、地龙、丹参、僵蚕、胆南星、甘草)治疗,每日1剂水煎服;对照组采用尼莫同片(拜耳医药保健有限公司生产)口服治疗,每次30mg,每日3次,疗程均为14日。[结果]治疗组总有效率为97.50%,对照组为77.50%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前后TCD血流速度比较有明显的差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗前后血液流变学各项指标比较治疗组有显著性差异(P<0.05),而对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]益气通络饮对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕具有良好疗效,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objetive] To observe effectiveness of self - formulated Yiqitongluo decoction for Treatment of vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Vertigo. [Methods] The 80 cases diagnosed as vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency in patients with vertigo were randomly divided to treated group(40 cases)applied width the decoction(Huangqi、 Dangshen、Zhishenma、Gegen、Honghua、Maodongqing、Tianqi、Dilong、Danshen、Jiangcan、Dannanxing、Gancao), 1 a day,and control group(40 cases)orally given nimotop tablets(Bayer Healthcare Co. , Ltd. Production), 30mg Tid. Course of treatment of the two groups were 14 weeks. [Results] The treated group, the total effective rate was 97.50% , 77.50% in control group, two groups had significant differences (P < 0.05); TCD blood flow velocity before and after treatment both groups have more significant difference (P < 0.05), the treated group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01); Two sets of blood rheology indicators before and after treatment compared, the treated group, there was significant difference (P < 0.05), while the control group, no significant difference (P > 0.05). [Conclusion] Yiqitongluo decoction is immediately effective for treating vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency vertigo, and is worth popularizing.更多还原
