【摘要】 目的通过检测血浆中的可溶型不规则趋化因子(sFKN)的水平,探讨其与类风湿关节炎(RA)发病的关系及其与疾病活动的相关性。方法应用ESLIA方法分别测定30例RA活动组、30例RA缓解组及30名健康对照组的血浆sFKN水平,并同时应用ESLIA方法测定类风湿因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体及记录病程、晨僵时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、Ritchter指数等活动性指标。结果 RA组血浆sFKN水平明显高于健康对照组,且RA活动组血浆sFKN明显高于RA缓解组(均P﹤0.05)。血浆sFKN水平与RF、抗CCP抗体及ESR、C反应蛋白(CRP)、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、Ritcher指数等活动性指标成显著正相关性(均P<0.01),与晨僵时间、病程无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论血浆sFKN可能参与了RA的病理生理过程且有助于RA的诊断,并可作为判断RA活动性的重要指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By detecting level of soluble fractalkine(sFKN),the paper aims to explore the relationship between sFKN and the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and the correlation of the disease activities.Methods The level of plasama sFKN was detected by ELISA in 60 patients with RA,of which there were 30 cases of activities and 30 cases of remission.Thirty controls were also detected.Simultaneously rheumatoid factor(RF) and anti cyclic citrulinated peptide(CCP) were detected by ELISA.And the course of disease,morning stiffness time,the number of arthrosis tendness and swelling,and Ritchieindex number active indicators et al were then recorded respectively.Results The level of plasma sFKN in RA patients was significantly higher than that in the controls,the level of plasma sFKN in RA patients with activities was significantly higher than that in RA remission group(P < 0.05).The level of plasma sFKN correlated with RF and CCP(P < 0.01).The level of plasma sFKN correlated significantly with erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) ;C reactive protein(CRP) the number of arthrosis tendness and swelling,Ritchie index number active index et al(P < 0.01),but there was no correlation with morning stiffness time and the course of disease(P > 0.05).Conclusion Plasama soluble fractalkine possibly participates in the pathologic and physic process of RA,It can help the diagnosis of RA.Besides,it may be one of the important indicators of activity of RA.更多还原
