【摘要】 为培养"中国创造"急需的创新型人才,在开放式实验教学中,把实验室及仪器设备、实验时间安排、计划和内容全面向学生开放,学生起主体作用,指导老师以传授学习方法和科研创新基础等"授渔"的手段对学生进行启发和指点。在对开放式实验教学体系探索和实践中,通过实验内容改革、实验室进入控制系统建设、仪器管理体系建设和实验教学考核体系改革,依托深圳大学人事制度改革的强有力支持,摸索出一套适合自身特点的具有深圳特色的开放式实验教学体系。使本科生的自我学习能力,实践创新能力和团队协作能力得到了质的飞跃,培养了高素质精英人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to cultivated innovation talents for"created in China",provide laboratory and apparatus 24-hour service to students,students as subjective role in opening experimental teaching system,tutors would teach them basic methods of self-study.In process of this laboratory management reform,relying on personnel system reform of Shenzhen University,experimental content modularization,laboratoy entrance guard system construction,instrument and equipment management system and experimental teaching assessment system reformation,life sciences experimental teaching center had found out a opening experimental teaching system suitable for itself.Measures of these reformation have remarkably improved student’s independently study ability,innovative ability in practice,spirit of cooperation and teamwork.更多还原
