高温高压临氢服役炉管安全性评定

【摘要】 通过试验方法研究了高温高压临氢服役炉管的力学性能、微观组织、高温蠕变特性及高温短时断裂特性等。研究结果表明,服役炉管损伤不严重,具有较高的安全性能,仍可以继续服役约10 a。

【Abstract】 The mechanical performance,microstructure,elevated creep property,elevated short-time fracture property are studied with experimental method for serving furnace tube in the environment of hydrogen with high temperature and pressure.The results showed that the damage of serving furnace tube was not heavy relatively,it had still high security and the adequate serving life for furnace tube is about 10 years.
