【摘要】 介绍了植物源农药开发过程中常用的几种分离提取仪器设备,即索式提取器、闪式提取器、旋转蒸发仪和中压液相制备色谱。分别从仪器使用范围、组成、原理、基本操作和使用注意事项等方面做了详细介绍和分析,并针对经典提取分离路线的不足,提出了两条快速、安全且能高效提取植物中活性物质的分离提取路线。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the several commonly-used separation and extraction equipments in the development process of botanical pesticides.These equipments are soxhlet extractor,flash-type extractor,rotary evaporator and the preparation of medium-pressure liquid chromatography.It presents some important equipments information,such as application scope,composition,principle,the basic operation and notices of usage.Considering the shortcomings of classic roadmap in extraction and separation,one proposes two faster,safer and more efficient roadmaps.更多还原
