SE同轴测试装置中支撑介质的研究与设计
Optimization of brace medium in SE coaxial tester
【摘要】 支撑介质常用于固定同轴线的内外导体,保持同心度。在遵循特性阻抗一致、不连续处引起的回波损耗最低以及机械加工误差对电性能影响最小3个方面的原则,通过对固定和支撑屏蔽效能同轴测试装置的支撑介质内外径尺寸、共面补偿厚度、机械加工公差范围的优化选择,重点研究了支撑介质引起的阶梯电容问题,较大程度上补偿了由于阶梯电容产生的回波损耗,最终使装置的回波损耗小于-32dB,满足测试要求。
【Abstract】 Brace medium is used to support the outer and inner conductor in coaxial line.According to the rules of consistent characteristic impedance,low return loss in discontinuous sections and the least effect on electrical properties caused by machining error,this paper aims at optimizing the characteristics of brace medium in SE(Shielding Effectiveness) coaxial tester including the sizet,he thickness of coplanar compensation and mechanical tolerance.It solved the serious problem of step capacitances when using brace medium,and finally compensated the return loss caused by step capacitances in maximum.The less than-32dB return loss can meet industrial requirement.
