【Abstract】 The theory of cultural hegemony can be analyzed into four components: capturing or consolidating the regime must firmly master the cultural hegemony; the basic precondition to master the cultural hegemony is the approval of the masses; the main force to rely on is the organic intellectual; The acquisition of cultural hegemony is full of struggle and compromise. In order to acquire fimly and permanently the cultural hegemony in the vast rural areas, the CCP and the government must fimly adhere to the AIE constrction , must forster the rural organic intellectual, must reconstruct the rural cultural consciousness and self-confidence.
