高结实、多蜜腺甜荞种质资源创新初探
Preliminary Selection of High Seed Setting and More Nectar Buckwheat Germplasm
【摘要】 甜荞是异花授粉作物,甜荞的结实主要通过媒介(风、昆虫)来实现。自然条件下,对584份甜荞种质资源进行高结实材料创新,试验中充分考虑不同基因型的遗传差别和同一基因型材料的单株变异。通过小区产量水平比较,初步筛选出相对结实率高的不同基因型材料30份。在此基础上,通过单株粒质量的比较,对单株粒质量高的不同材料进行混合选择,从中确定10个农艺性状相对稳定的株系,之后通过产量比较试验确定高结实材料。
【Abstract】 Buckwheat is cross-pollination crop and its seed setting process is realized by the wind or insects.To select high seed setting ratio materials,we planted 584 buckwheat lines in field and in the experiment we consider the inheritance difference between different gene-type materials and the variation in one line.We select 30 different gene type materials by the yield comparison and at this base,by the selecting individual plant seed weight,we got high individual plant seed weight materials.Later we mixed them up and planted.We selected 10 lines by years selection and by the yields comparison among 10 lines,we got the high seed setting material.
