【摘要】 我国体育公共服务的产生与发展是随着政府职能演变、体育发展战略调整而逐步变革的过程,需要合理的发展理念及目标。提出体育公共服务发展理念的理论和政策依据。认为:体育公共服务的出发点是以人为本,价值基础是诚信与正义,追求的目标是团结与凝聚,发展动因是以需求促供给,发展的均衡点是公平与效率间的大众共享,实现的基础是完善的体育公共服务体系发展理念。确立总目标和近期、中期、远期发展目标及实现发展理念、目标的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s public sports services emerged and developed gradually with the evolution of government functions and the adjustment of sports development strategy,and therefore need reasonable development ideas and goals.This study proposed the theoretical basis and policy foundation of the development ideas for public sports services.It held that the departure point of public sports service was people-oriented,the value basis was integrity and justice,the pursuing goal was unity and cohesion,the development motivation was supply stimulated by demand,the balance point of development was the public sharing between fairness and efficiency and the basis for actualization was the perfect development ideas of public sports services.It finally established the general goal,the short,medium and long-term development goals and put forward some suggestions for the realization of the ideas and goals.更多还原
