基于GPRS的黄河冰凌图像远程测报系统设计

【摘要】 基于当前成熟的移动网络覆盖技术,设计了一种新型的冰凌图像远程测报系统.系统利用监控类摄像头获取河道现场冰凌图像,通过移动GPRS网络实时传送到监控中心,实现对黄河冰凌的实时远程监测预报.通过特定的图像处理方法与软件,冰凌图像测报系统不仅可以在线实时浏览黄河河道现场的实时图像,还能获得被监测河道河面的瞬时冰凌分布密度和流速等重要参数,从而为凌汛预警和防凌决策部门提供第一手河道现场资料.

【Abstract】 Based on the current mature mobile network coverage technologies,a new type remote measuring and forecasting system for the Ice Slush Image is designed in this paper.Ice slush image signals are obtained by surveillance cameras,and transmitted to the monitoring center through mobile GPRS network.This system realizes real-time remote monitoring and forecast of ice slush of the yellow river.Through a specific image processing techniques and software,ice slush forecasting system not only browse real-time images of Yellow River on line,but also obtain important parameters such as the instantaneous ice distribution density and velocity,which could provide the first-hand information about river for ice flood warning and Ice departments.
