【摘要】 目的探讨三维适形放疗联合多西他赛和顺铂同步化疗治疗不可手术的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果和毒副反应。方法将52例局部晚期NSCLC病人随机分为2组,各26例。单放组采用三维适形放疗,每日单次剂量DT 2 Gy,总剂量DT 60~64 Gy。化放组给予多西他赛30 mg/m2和顺铂20 mg/m2化疗,第1、8、22、29天分别在放疗前进行,放疗方法同单放组。结果化放组和单放组有效率分别为92.3%、76.9%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=10.8,P<0.05)。两组急性毒副反应发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论三维适形放疗联合多西他赛和顺铂同步化疗治疗不可手术的局部晚期NSCLC的效果和病人耐受性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and toxicity of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3DCRT) combined with chemotherapy using docetaxel and cisplatin for patients with unresected locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer(LA-NSCLC).Methods A total of 52 patients with LA-NSCLC were equally randomized to two groups.Those in radiotherapy group were given 3DCRT,2 Gy/single dose/day,totalling 60-64 Gy;those in the chemoradiotherapy group were administrated with docetaxel 30 mg/m2 and cisplatin 20 mg/m2 on day 1,8,22 and 29 before radiation same as that of the radiotherapy group.ResultsThe effective rates of chemoradiotherapy group and radiotherapy group were 92.3% and 76.9%,respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups(χ2=10.8,P<0.05).No significant difference was noted between the two groups in terms of acute toxicity(P>0.05).Conclusion 3DCRT combined with chemotherapy using docetaxel and cisplatin is effective for LA-NSCLC and well tolerated by patients.更多还原
