基于FPGA的电机控制模块

【摘要】 为满足对步进电机/直流电机的控制精度越来越高的要求,设计了一种基于FPGA(field-programmable gate array)的三通道电机控制模块。为简化通讯接口,利用SPI接口与微处理器(如51单片机等)通讯,将接收串行指令或数据转换为并行信息,分配到相应通道寄存器保存,3个通道的控制器根据指令和数据,产生相应的直流电机/步进电机控制信号。实践结果表明,该控制方案,简化了系统结构,提高了模块的实时性、抗干扰能力及稳定性。

【Abstract】 A three-channel motor control module based on FPGA (field-programmable gate array) is proposed,with an aim to meet the large demands of high-precision control of Stepper motor/DC motor in modem control system. For simplified communication interface,this module used SPI interface to communicate with microprocessor (such as 51-series microcomputer etc). The received serial instruction or data was converted to the corresponding parallel information and dispatched to the appointed registers. Finally,according to these instructions and data,the stepper motor/DC motor control signals were provided. The practice indicated that this control scheme simplified the module structure and improved the real-time ability; anti-jamming capability and stability.
