【摘要】 目的探讨应用影像导航系统在鼻内镜下治疗鼻咽囊肿的方法及优势。方法导航鼻内镜下对4例鼻咽囊肿进行手术,气管插管全麻后通过导航定位,根据手术中的需要标定探针或吸引器作为术中的定位设备,在鼻内镜下通过使用导航定位设备以判断囊肿的准确位置及边缘,完整切除囊肿,通畅引流。结果 4例手术均准确定位囊肿的大小及边缘,切除彻底,创伤小,术后无并发症发生。结论影像导航系统结合鼻内镜治疗鼻咽囊肿具有定位准确、手术创伤小的优点,可以有效地提高手术疗效和避免并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the methodology and advantages of endoscopic sinus surgery on rhinopharyngocele with an image navigation system. Methods 4 patients with rhinopharyngocele underwent operations. All surgical procedures were done with general anesthesia,and fidelity positioning was done using a navigation system. The probe or suction unit was calibrated when needed. The exact position and margin of rhinopharyngocele was judged and fully removed with the help of endoscope and navigation system. Results All were accurately located and removed with minimal trauma,and no complications occurred. Conclusion A navigation system in combination with sinus endoscope can help locate rhinopharyngocele with accurate location and minimal trauma,increase curative effect and avoide complications.更多还原
