热电联产机组热、电负荷优化分配
OPTIMIZATION OF THERMAL AND ELECTRICAL LOAD DISTRIBUTION FOR THE CO-GENERATION UNIT
【摘要】 针对太原钢铁(集团)有限公司(太钢)自备电厂热电联产汽轮机组(简称联产机组)热力系统,建立了联产机组特性关系式和热、电负荷优化分配模型,通过对机组运行数据的优化计算,表明优化分配与常规操作相比,可节约蒸汽47.83t/h。提出了联产机组热、电负荷优化分配方法。
【Abstract】 Directing against the thermaldynamic system of one co-generation unit in the self-supplying power plant under Taiyuan Iron & Steel(Group) Co Ltd,the relational expression of units characteristics and the model for optimization of thermal and electrical load distribution for said co-generation unit have been established,through optimized calculation of data in operation of said unit,it shows that the load distribution optimization can save steam 47.83 t/h as comparaed with the traditional operation.In addition,the method for thermal and electrical load distribution optimization of the said co-generation unit has been put forward.
