【摘要】 上都电厂原预处理系统出水水质始终不能满足设计要求,导致盘式过滤器和超滤膜堵塞严重。结合系统进水水质低温低浊的特点,提出并实施了预处理系统的改造方案:(1)在机械加速澄清池内加装斜管;(2)增设助凝剂加药点;(3)在机械加速澄清池后增设多介质过滤器。改造后的运行试验结果表明,机械加速澄清池和多介质过滤器出水水质优良,实现了电厂以地表水作为锅炉补给水水源的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of effluent water from original pretreatment system in shangdu power plant can’t satisfy the requirements stipulated in design from begining to end,leading to serious blockage in disc-type filter and on the ultra filtration membrane.Combining with the characters of intake water quality,i.e.low temperature and low turbidity,a retrofit scheme of the pre-treatment system has been put forward and implemented;(1)additionally installing inclined pipes in the clarifying pond with mechanical agitation;(2)adding dosing points of coagulant aids;(3)adding multi-medium filters after the said clarifying pond.After retrofitling,the results of test in operation show that the quality of effluent water from said clarifying pond and from the multi-medium fiter is good,realizing the requirement of taking the surface water as the water source of make-up water for boilers.更多还原
