【Abstract】 Using LEOs data communications technology of Orbcomm, the data communications machine which can realize point to point data or messaging transmit between satellite and control center has been developed. Then the paper describes a marine salvage assistant management information system that base on Microsoft .NET technology and Google Earth. The system consists of serval modules, such as satellite data communications module, GPS location module, embedded subsystem and Internet communication module, the system can provide effective services that include ocean-going ships command and dispatch, emergency communications, disaster information reporting and information sharing.更多还原
