【摘要】 目的探讨蛋白质甲基转移酶(PRMT5)在肺癌组织中的表达。方法采用蛋白质免疫杂交(Westernblot)方法,利用PRMT5的特异抗体检测28例肺癌及其癌旁组织PRMT5在肺癌组织中的表达水平。结果发现PRMT5在28例患者中,有22例患者癌组织中的表达量比对应的癌旁组织都有不同程度的升高。在17例配对样品中,PRMT5在8例腺癌中有7例的表达量比癌旁组织表达水平升高,其中4例表达水平显著升高,9例鳞癌中有7例表达水平升高,4例表达水平显著升高。在2例大细胞癌和1例小细胞癌中PRMT5表达水平没有升高。结论发现在肺腺癌和肺鳞癌中PRMT5的表达水平比癌旁组织差异非常显著,表明PRMT5主要在肺腺癌和肺鳞癌的发生中起到作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the expression of protein rginine methyltransferase(PRMT5)in lung cancer.Methods Western blotting was used and the expression of PRMT5-specific antibody in tissue of 28 lung cancer patients were detected.Results PRMT5 was detected in 28 patients and the expresson of PRMT5 was enhanced in almost all the cancer patients except two large cell cancer cases and 1 small cell cancer cases in whom the expression of PRMT5 was not elevated.Conclusion PRMT5 mainly plays a role occurrence of lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
