【摘要】 目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)对恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法取52例恶性肿瘤患者HIFU治疗前和治疗后7d外周血2ml,用流式细胞仪检测NK、rdT、CD4+T、CD8+T细胞百分数和CD4+/CD8+。结果经HIFU治疗后患者的NK细胞、rdT细胞百分数显著升高(P<0.05),CD4+T细胞百分数和CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高(P<0.05),CD8+T细胞百分数则下降(P<0.05)。结论HIFU既能非侵入性、微创、准确、适形灭活肿瘤,又能提高恶性肿瘤患者机体内的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of high intensity focused ultrasoundon on cellular immune function of. patients with malignant tumor. Methods The levels of NK、rdT、CD4+T、CD8+T in 52 malignant tumor cases under HIFU treatment before and seven days after treatment were determined by flow cytometry. Results After treatment the levels of NK cells,rdT cell,CD4+T cell and the ratio of CD4+/ CD8+ were significantly increased(P<0.05). While the level of CD8+T cell decreased(P<0.05). Conclusions HIFU is a non-invasive,minimally trauma,accurate,conformal tumor-inactivated method,it can also enhance the cellular immune function of patients with malignant tumor.更多还原
