【摘要】 概述植物新品种保护的重要意义及国内外现状,分析海南农业植物新品种保护现状,并针对海南目前新品种保护工作中存在的问题提出解决的对策与建议。

【Abstract】 The significance of protection of new varieties of plants and the current situation at home and abroad are summarized.The general situation of protection of new varieties of plants in Hainan Province is analyzed.Some countermeasures are put forward in view of the problems existing in the protection work.
