某燃机透平转子电子束焊接工艺研究

【摘要】 燃机转子各轮盘的电子束焊接是技术攻关的重点。针对具有代表性的透平二级轮盘的焊接,论述了研制的方案及试验过程,并总结了最终实现6条焊缝一次性探伤合格的经验。

【Abstract】 The electron beam welding of gas turbine rotor disc shall be the key technology.This paper describes the research and manufacture scheme and test process for the representative turbine 2 stages disc welding,and makes a conclusion to how to realize one time NDT qualification for six welding lines.
