【摘要】 目的:探讨血栓性浅静脉炎引发下肢深静脉漂浮血栓的护理方法。方法:采用中西医结合方法治疗本病,对22例患者进行辨证施护。结果:22例患者下肢局部红肿热痛显著减轻或消失,复查静脉彩超显示患肢交通支静脉血栓或股浅静脉漂浮血栓完全消失或大部分再通,无一例发生肺栓塞。结论:针对不同体质的患者辨证施护,使患者积极配合治疗,减少药物的不良反应,有效地提高了治疗效果,避免或减少并发症的发生,并改善患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the nursing methods in the treatment of deep vein floating thrombosis of lower extremities induced by superficial thrombophlebitis.Methods:22 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine integrated with western medicine and given nursing care in the light of the theory of syndrome differentiation.Results:The symptoms of localized swelling and pain of lower extremities of the patients significantly alleviated or disappeared.The re-examination by color Doppler showed vein thrombosis of communicating branch or superficial femoral vein floating thrombosis completely disappeared or most of veins were re-canalized and no pulmonary embolism occurred.Conclusion:The patients were given different nursing care following syndrome differentiation,which can relieve the adverse reactions of drugs and effectively improve the therapeutic effect so that the complications will be avoided or reduced and patients’ quality of life be improved.更多还原
