【摘要】 目的:探讨复方利多卡因湿敷治疗乙肝疫苗接种局部不良反应的效果。方法:将100例乙肝疫苗接种局部不良反应的患者按双侧估计分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组应用复方利多卡因湿敷治疗,对照组则按传统硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察两组局部组织止痛、止痒及肿胀消退时间。结果:治疗组与对照组一次治愈率、临床止痛、止痒及治愈时间比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组在治疗乙肝疫苗接种局部不良反应的临床止痛、止痒及治愈时间等方面明显优于对照组,具有显效快、疗效好、无任何毒副反应等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of wet compress with compound Lidocaine in the treatment of local adverse reactions due to inoculation with hepatitis B.Methods: 100 patients with local adverse reactions because of inoculation with hepatitis B vaccine were randomly divided into treatment and control groups by bilateral estimation(50 cases for each group).The therapy of wet compress with compound Lidocaine was adopted in the treatment group and the patients in control group were given the conventional treatment of wet compress with Magnesium Sulfate,the time of relief of pain and itch in local tissues and the regression of swelling were observed in both groups.Results: There were significant differences in the comparison of one-time cure rate,relief of pain and itch and healing time between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Wet compress with compound Lidocaine has the advantages of quick effectualness,better effectiveness and no toxicity and side effects in the treatment of local adverse reactions due to inoculation with hepatitis B vaccine,and it should be popularized in clinical practice.更多还原
