论数字资源采购的规范管理
Discussion on the Canonical Management of Purchasing Digital Resources
【摘要】 阐述了数字资源采购的控制原则,重点论述了数字资源的评价、数字资源采购方法的选择、数字资源采购的价格控制以及数字资源采购的透明度问题。
【Abstract】 The paper expatiates the control principles of purchasing digital resources,and discusses the evaluation of digital resources,choice of purchasing methods and price control of purchasing digital resources,at last discusses the diaphaneity of purchasing digital resources.
