【摘要】 【目的】总结应用弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤患者的护理经验。【方法】对35例颅内动脉瘤患者进行心理指导、术前指导、术中密切配合、术后密切观察病情及早发现并发症。【结果】33例未发生护理并发症,2例肢体活动受限,肌力2级.【结论】充分的术前准备,术中默契配合,术后密切观察护理,以预防减少各种并发症的发生,有助于达到良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize attendent qxperience of coil intravascular embolization on the patients with intracranial aneurysm.Methods 35 patients with intracranial aneurysm were investigate on paschological guidance,preoperative instruction,operation in close coordination ,closely observation after opration and early detection of complications.Results there were no attendent complications in the 33 patients.rright lamb limited activity and 2grade myodynamia.Conclusion Preoperative preparation and postoperative careful observation to prevent the occurrence of complications and helpful to achieve the efficacy of the treatment更多还原
