【Abstract】 A method was developed for the determination of fipronil + chlorpyrifos 17% SE by HPLC on ODS column with PDA detector, mobile phase of methanol-water and internal standards of dimethyl-o-phthalate. The results showed that standard deviations, variation coefficient, average recovery and the linear correlation coefficient of chlorpyrifos and fipronil were 0.12, 0.72%, 99.4%, 0.999 9 and 0.02, 1.75%, 99.1%, 0.999 9, respectively.更多还原
