新型磷酸铈铝分子筛的合成
Synthesis and Characterization of a new aluminophosphate molecular
【摘要】 本实验以拟薄水铝石,正磷酸,碳酸铈为原料,三乙胺为模板剂,采用水热合成法合成磷酸铈铝分子筛(CeAPO-5)。利用XRD,SEM,BET等方法对CeAPO-5分子筛进行了表征。结果表明合成的CeAPO-5分子筛具有规整的六方棱柱晶体外形,杂原子Ce的引入未引起分子筛的骨架阳离子原子Al和P的配位环境和结构类型的改变。
【Abstract】 Cerium(III) aluminophosphate molecular sieve has been synthesized starting from pseudo-boehmite,phosphoric acid,cerium carbonate,and water,in the presence of a triethylamine organic template.Its structure of surface property are characterized by using XRD,BET,and SEM.The incorporation of Ce(III) ions into the framework did not change the AlPO-5 structure,but did,however,increase the surface area.In addition,SEM images show that the synthesized CeAPO-5 molecular sieves have a regular hexagonal prism morphology.
