【Abstract】 The historical roles and strategic function of grass-roots academies of agricultural sciences were analyzed in the paper.Guiding ideology and basic principles as well as objectives and requirements for giving full play of these units were discussed.Six concrete actions to promote the progress of agricultural science were put forward,such as independent innovation of science and technology,innovative vector optimization,advancing innovative sources,talents gathering,creating high-yield crops and promoting modern agriculture.更多还原
