【摘要】 基于国内及中平能化集团综掘临时支护技术的现状,研究了与掘进机配套使用的机载式临时支护装置。该装置以掘进机为载体,通过铰接在工作臂两端上的铰接耳轴将两折叠一伸缩架可变纵梁送至掘进工作面的空顶区,以实现临时支护。结果表明,增加液压临时支护,可成功实现综掘临时支护的机械化,为综掘巷道的快速掘进和施工安全提供有效的设备。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the current situation of the domestic mechanized excavation temporary support technology in Pingdingshan Energy Industry Group,the airborne-type temporary support device of the tunnelling machine is research,which uses articulated arm work hinged on both ends of the two folding trunnion to the unsupported roof areas in order to achieve the temporary support with heading machines as the carrier.The result shows that it can achieve a full-mechanized excavation and provide an effective safety equipment for speedy drivage by increasing hydraulic temporary support.更多还原
