【摘要】 探讨有机棉产品的生产加工技术。对有机棉产品认证作了概述,并就有机棉纤维与普通棉纤维的性能特点作了对比分析。指出:加工有机棉时,开清棉加强除杂、梳棉合理落棉工艺、精梳加重小卷定量、粗纱和细纱优化牵伸胶辊有助于提高有机棉纱线的成纱质量,同时,在生产中还要做好过程管理工作,才能使所生产出的产品符合有机棉产品要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 IProduction technology of organic cotton product was discussed.Organic cotton product certification was introduced,properties of organic cotton and common cotton were contrasted and analyzed.It is pointed out when processing organic cotton,impurity should be eliminated in opening and picking process strictly.Noil processing should be set rationally in carding process,weight per unit of lap should be increased in combing process,draft rubber-covered roll should be optimized in roving and spinning process,which is helpful to increase organic cotton yarn quality.Management in production should be done well finally product quality could reach organic cotton product demands.更多还原
