【摘要】 目的:研究紫花地丁水煎剂对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。方法:应用林可霉素灌胃建立小鼠肠道菌群失调模型,然后应用紫花地丁水煎剂进行治疗,同时设正常、阳性对照及自然恢复组,于给药6d后迫使小鼠排便,进行肠道菌群检测。结果:林可霉素灌胃3d后,小鼠肠道双歧杆菌、肠球菌、乳酸杆菌、肠杆菌显著下降。持续6d治疗后,上述菌量明显上升。结论:紫花地丁水煎剂能促进正常菌群生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Herba Violae Decoction on intestinal flora of mice.Methods:We establish intestinal microbe dysbiosis mice by intragastric administrating lincomycin,and then treat the mice with Herba Violae Decoction.At the same time,nomal control,positive control and spontaneous recovery groups were set up.The mice were forced to defecate after treating 6 days and we detect the intestinal microbial population.Results:After instragastric administrating lincomycin 3 days,the quantity of bacillusbifidus,enterococcus,bacillus acidi lactici and enteric bacilli decrease obviously.And the quantity of above bacteria increased obviously after treating with Herba Violae Decoction for 6 days.Conclusion:Herba Violae Decoction can foster normal flora.更多还原
