【摘要】 房地产项目投资是指以资金作资本,购建房地产物业,以图谋取未来收益的经济行为。投资效益的高低,便成为评价项目成败的关键,成为衡量项目投资方案好坏的重要内容。

【Abstract】 Realty project investment is the economy behavior to buy realty property using fund as capital to get future benefit.The investment benefit is important for appraising project and the investment scheme.
