【Abstract】 This paper introduces the binomial option tree model into the decision-making for R&D project in pneumatic products. On the basis of phase of new products development model, the paper discusses that how to evaluate the R&D projects, which is the decision module and which are the relationship between the various variables. After that, the paper analyzes the main factors which influence the value of R&D projects. It provides an important reference for decision-making in pneumatic industry.更多还原
