【Abstract】 Source of Words (revised edition)is an authoritative reference book that not only made a great impact at its birth but is a required book when people read ancient works at present.But this dictionary still has some unsatisfactory aspects due to historical limitations.Taking some explanations of interchangeable characters as an example,terms of interchangeable characters in some cases are used to explain variant forms of a character,synonym,different meanings in the ancient and present time.And some borrowed characters are taken for the former uses.更多还原
