【摘要】 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者心电图、血清心肌酶谱水平的改变及其意义。方法对46例SAH患者(SAH组)进行心电图、血清心肌酶谱检查,将结果与46名正常对照者(正常对照组)进行比较。结果 SAH组心电图异常23例(50.0%),主要为心肌缺血性改变,明显多于正常对照组(8例,17.4%)(P<0.05)。SAH组血清肌酸磷酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶水平[(63.2±10.0)U/L、(181.4±7.6)U/L、(27.4±4.3)U/L]显著高于正常对照组[(38.0±2.63)U/L、(165.6±4.34)U/L、(21.4±0.7)U/L](均P<0.05)。结论 SAH患者易引起心肌损害,应引起临床重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes and their significances of electrocardiogram(ECG) and levels of serum myocardial enzymes in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods The ECG and the levels of serum myocardial enzymes were tested in 46 SAH patients(SAH group).The results were compared with 46 normal controls(normal control group).Results In SAH group,the ECG was abnormal in 23 cases(50%),and the mainly change was myocardial ischemic.It was obviously more than normal control group(8 cases,17.4%)(P<0.05).In SAH group,the levels of serum creatine phosphokinase[(63.2±10.0) U/L],lactate dehydrogenase [(181.4±7.6) U/L] and aspartate aminotransferase[(27.4±4.3) U/L] were remarkable higher than those in normal control group [(38.0±2.63) U/L,(165.6±4.34) U/L and(21.4±0.7) U/L](all P<0.05).Conclusion The myocardial damage is occurred easily in SAH patients,and should pay attentions.更多还原
