【摘要】 目的:探讨青少年精神分裂症患者的发病和家庭因素的相关性。方法:采用父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)及家庭环境量表中文版(EFS-CV)对60例青少年精神分裂症患者进行测评并与60例健康青少年进行对照及相关分析。结果:青少年精神分裂症患者父母养育方式与正常组对照比较显示:其父母的EMBU因子差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:不良的家庭环境和父母养育方式对青少年精神分裂症患者的发病起一定作用,且具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between occurrence of disease and family factors in teenage schizophrenia. Method:Sixty teenage patients with schizophrenia and sixty normal controls were evaluated and analized with Egna minnen borndoms uppfostran( EMBU) and family environment scale Chinese version( FES-CV). Results:Compared with the rearing style of healthy controls,teenage schizophrenia were significantly different in some EMBU factors scores of both father’s and mother’s fostering models( P <0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion:It is suggested that inappropriate family environment and rearing style have effect on the occurrence of schizophrenia.更多还原
