【摘要】 根据中平能化集团综掘临时支护技术的现状,研究了与掘进机配套使用的机载式液压临时护顶装置。该装置利用掘进机为载体,通过铰接在工作臂两端上的铰接耳轴将两折叠一伸缩架可变纵梁送至掘进工作面的空顶区,以实现临时支护。结果表明,液压临时支护成功地实现了综掘临时支护的机械化,为综掘巷道的快速掘进和施工安全提供了有效的设备。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the current status of temporary supports on the fully-mechanized faces of Zhongping Energy Chemical Group,the paper studies the on-board temporary hydraulic roof support matched with the roadheader.The support is mounted on the roadheader,and two telescopic girders extend to the mined-out areas of the fully-mechanized faces via trunnion articulated on the two ends of working arm,so as to realize the temporary supporting.The results show that the temporary hydraulic support can realize the temporary mechanized supporting on the fully-mechanized faces and provide the effective assistance for rapid tunneling and safety construction.更多还原
