【摘要】 面对通信业中愈演愈烈的竞争,发展潜在客户以及保持现有客户显得至关重要。本文阐述了数据挖掘技术在电信业中的具体应用。

【Abstract】 Confronted growing intensive competition in the telecommunications,it is vital develop potential client base and keep existing client base,this paper described the actual application of data mining in telecommunications.
