【摘要】 乡村旅游是适宜农村发展的产业,可以促进农民稳定就业。乡村旅游要求有高素质的从业队伍。发展农村旅游职业教育,培养高素质的农民从业者是发展乡村旅游业和提高农民就业竞争力的需要。目前,我国乡村旅游服务队伍素质偏低,农村旅游职业教育几乎空白,必须大力发展。应以政府为主导,加强政策扶持,增大投入,建立专门教育机构,对农民进行有针对性的培训;多方合作,合理配置优势资源;深化教育体制、人才培养模式、教学方法改革,培养学生的实际工作能力和创新创业能力;以产业需要为目标,培养实用人才。更多还原
