基于后翅表征的大轴甲属部分昆虫进化分析(鞘翅目:拟步甲科)

【摘要】 基于后翅表征比较研究了大轴甲属Promethis 15个具翅种类的后翅折叠方式、脉序变化和翅面的超微结构特征。结果表明,该属昆虫的后翅折叠基于翅脉变化经过2个步骤:一次在端区内折2次,另一次是沿M4+Cu脉内折;该属昆虫的脉序有Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型3个基本类型,推断其由原始到进化关系依次是:Ⅰ型脉序→Ⅱ型脉序→Ⅲ型脉序;揭示了部分大轴甲后翅反面的超微结构特征,表明其在长度、密度和着向方面存在种间和性别差异,可用于分析后翅的进化推测。

【Abstract】 This paper comparatively studied the folding type of hind-wings,venation change and ultra-microstructure characters on wing surface of 15 fully-winged species of the genus Promethis based on characters of hind-wings.The research results showed that hind wings folding via two steps:one is inside folding two times in apical region,the other is inside folding along M4+Cu;the venation is divided into three basic types,namely pattern I is quite primitive,pattern III is comparative evolutional,pattern II is between the two.The results revealed ultra-microstructure characters of hind-wings ventral of some Promethis-species;showing that there has differentiation between species and between sexes in length,density and direction,which can be used for analyzing the evolution of hind-wing.
