添加剂对无卤阻燃聚乙烯体系性能的影响
Effect of Additives on Halogen-free Flame-retardant Polyethylene System
【摘要】 为提高无卤阻燃聚乙烯体系的阻燃性和力学性能,分别将硼酸锌、白炭黑、玻璃前体和低熔点玻璃作为协效剂添加到无卤阻燃聚乙烯体系中,并对阻燃体系的氧指数和力学性能进行了测试,结果表明:低熔点玻璃的阻燃协效性能最好;白炭黑可以明显提高体系的拉伸强度,但是却大大降低了体系的断裂伸长率,而低熔点玻璃对体系的断裂伸长率影响最小。
【Abstract】 s:To improve the flame retardance and mechanical property of halogen-free flame retardant PE systems,zinc borate,silica white,low-melting glass and a precursor of glass were added into the system respectively as synergistic agent,and the oxygen index and mechanical properties were tested.It indicates that low-melting glass has the best synergistic flame retardant effect of all;silica white can improve the tensile strength but will decrease the elongation at break obviously;low-melting glass has little influence on the elongation at break of the system.
