甲状腺激素抗胰岛素惊厥的实验研究

【摘要】 实验组小鼠用10ug/ml剂量的甲状腺激素连续灌喂6天,对照组用等剂量的生理盐水灌喂,分别测定其餐前及餐后血糖浓度,实验组小鼠的平均血糖水平明显高于对照组.再用100U/ml剂量的胰岛素分别对实验组和对照组小鼠进行腹腔注射,并统计两组小鼠出现惊厥的时间、出现惊厥时的血糖浓度、死亡的时间.实验结果表明:实验组与对照组出现胰岛素惊厥现象的时间无显著差异,但实验组惊厥致死时间比对照组明显提前,且实验组在出现胰岛素惊厥现象时的血糖浓度比对照组明显偏高.此实验结果同时显示,导致实验组小鼠出现胰岛素惊厥现象的原因,很大程度上不是取决于小鼠当时的绝对血糖浓度,而是与其血糖浓度的变化梯度及变化速率有关,此机理有待进一步探讨.

【Abstract】 Experiment was carried out to determine the founction of thyroid hormone anti insulin-shock in free-living-mice.Fill feed doses of 0.2μg thyroid homone supplements /10 g body wt per d as an experimental group,isodose physiological saline as a control group.The blood glucose were measured before and after meals,statistic results the experimentals’ had an obvious advantage than the controls’.Intraperitoneal doses of 4 U insulin supplements/10g body wt to experimentals and controls subsequently caused convulsion.Record and analysed the time interval,simultaneous blood glucose and the duration from convulsion oneset to death.The expression,thyroid homone has no remarkable effect on anti insulin shock,meanwhile the rate and gradient change of blood glucose are the causes of experimentals’death rather than the decrease in absolute concentration,this mechanism remains to be further discussed.
